Established in 2004, iHomeInvestment has endeavored to reach out into the community to build resources
for businesses to prosper. From the beginning iHomeInvestment has played an integral part in the
development of the Home Ownership Advancement Program (HOAP). In 2010, it was designated as the
National Coordinator responsible for the day-to-day operations of identifying potential buyers and properties
that meet HOAP's qualifications.
iHomeinvestment's goal has been to be daring, different, sometimes impractical, but most assuredly to be
anything that will assert integrity of purpose and imaginative vision against the play-it-safers, the creatures of
the commonplace, the slaves of the ordinary.
Mark Schlagenhauf started out as a successful creative designer in advertising and marketing. He spent 8
years in the home improvement industry before becoming a loan officer and eventually a mortgage broker in
South Carolina. This growth continued into real estate investing and private business funding. Today his
work with iHomeInvestment continues to push the boundaries of helping people and businesses succeed.
